The price has gone up to RM448,800 for unit 24"X75"... i was there yesterday, and placed my booking.
Anyone has just booked the phase III, please do share.. great to be one of the community here..soon...

I have also booked a unit for Ukulele on Sunday. The developer gave me some discount for early bird booking. Mind to share with me how is the discount will be given? The developer never mention anything about credit/debit note or anything that will indicate the discount being given?

Last week they've opened a new row of houses P3 for sale. Price around RM467k

I bought the previous row cost me RM461K. There're 3 - 4 more units left in this row.
A week before Raya it was RM448K which left 1 unit and i was late to decide during that time + raya holiday
Their strategy is to open one row at a time and increase the price until it reaches it full built-up size potential.

so better decide fast.

last time when i bought the unit it was RM435,000...lucky me...
