Anyone personally knows a good & reliable contractor to recommend, i.e. someone who has done previous renovations for you before?

Realize that most of the renovation work will increase their price next month.
Went over today to the shower screen, kitchen reno & also the kitchen appliances.
Told me that their price will only valid until this month which ifwe confirm next month,
it will be a revise price.
Guys, if need to utilize the items, do book it to to secure the old price.
I guess you must have done alot of home work on your reno, wanted to share?

Please share it with the community. We can negotiate a bulk discount as a "Taman" similar to the earlier negoatiation with alarm system vendor.

Anyone else have good vendors - please feel free to publish their contacts.

Note: Only residents can recommend a vendor as we don't wish to have suppliers start advertising on this forum!
