Found that this forum was created mid of this year, but the members are so less. I think most of the Alam Sanctuary house buyers are not aware of this useful forum.

My suggestion, to do a banner and hang it at the sale office, lets all the resisdent and potential buyer know about this forum, more membes more informations more suggestions and more improvements.

Attic floor to Harmonium

For purchasers of Harmonium, do you notice the double volume ceiling height above the staircase? Such a waste of space (even though it's meant for natural ventilation and lighting). I'm planning to build an attic floor above the stairs (just like the Ocarina's staircase layout) to fully utilise the space.
