When is Phase 1 completion ?

Hi,

I've asked the developer and the expected completion for phase 1 with CF is end of Dec08

seems like a little bit of delay. when i purchased they said the estimate is Oct. now all the harmonium houses all locked. i guess they are waiting to Pandeiro and the surroundings to be completed.

i heard that Permatanah is going to launch the 3rd phase soon.. double storey link house i think.. here are some pictures of progress of Phase 1 and Phase 2, took from the website..

masa mula2 beli rumah dulu, pemaju janji siap bulan oktober 2008. sekarang tukar jadi bulan dec 2008. minggu lepas i pergi tengok...nothing yang berubah. sama jer macam dulu...depan rumah i..masih penuh dengan longgokan tanah merah...macammana ni...

Went to see the work progress this morning.
Phase II Angklung, the first roll (facing main road) complete with brick works and some of them wall cement was up. 2nd roll (facing semi-D), still in progress of pillar works for 1st floor.
